i live in South Bend, IN, and the chances of gettinga bag of fresh beans lightly roasted—let alone a great sourced bean from say Ethiopia—is rare outside of the local Whole Foods, so when a friend shared that her friends started this company, i immediately put an order in for a bag of whole bean Ethiopia Sidama Whispering. it arrived over the weekend, and i am now enjoying my first cup after grind with Fellow and pourover brew. excellent excellent excellent. the roast is perfect, coffee so delicious and light, nutty and fruitful, but not punchy or acidic. i’ll be buying from Single Origin Club again and again and again. thank you to the team fo their thoughtfulness in the roasting process and timely shipment. arrived fresh and in a beautifully designed, high quality bag. even included brewing instructions with helpful weight ratios they recommended. a perfect cup!! it makes me want to brew a second! :)

I was curious to try the Uganda coffee and it did not disappoint. It has a deeper, bolder taste than the others I've tried. If you're looking for something a bit more adventurous, give this a try.

As someone who is very picky about Colombian coffee, this absolutely hit the mark. It’s rich, balanced, and has that classic aroma I was looking for. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this one. It’s incredibly smooth and has a bright, clean taste that makes it perfect for the first cup of the day. You can tell it’s high-quality and freshly roasted. Definitely adding this to my regular rotation!
